What is your return policy?
I want you to love your Purse-onality Shoppe bag, so it is my policy that I will exchange or refund any
web site purchase within 14 days, provided the bag is unused and in perfect condition and has not had
any special customizations to it. Bags received back within 30 days of the original ship date are eligible
for a full refund, minus the original shipping charges.
Craftsmanship Guarantee:
I pride myself on my high quality, however, I am only human! Occasionally there is a flaw in the fabric
or closure that I did not catch. PLEASE let me know immediately, within 72 hours of delivery to you,
and I will make arrangements to replace your Purse-onality Shoppe bag just as soon as possible.

Can I put my Purse-onality Shoppe handbag in the washing machine?
Maintenance
The majority of the bags are made from 100% cotton, however, I do NOT recommend machine washing
your bag. Your Purse-onality Shoppe bag has been treated (interior & exterior) with a protective Scotch
Guard spray. I also highly recommend that you spray your fabric bag also as you know better than I as
to how tough you are on your bags!
Complete Cleaning
Machine washing is NOT recommended
Dry cleaning is recommended for overall cleaning
Each one of my products is made differently and may require special care when cleaned. Please point out
to your dry cleaner any special features. Example: "Vintage embellishment" on the front of the bag
Spot Cleaning
To spot clean your Purse-onality Shoppe bag use a clean damp cloth, do NOT rub the spot. Blot each
soiled area or stain. For tough stains use a damp cloth with a stain fighter product such as Shout.
Always use cold water to spot clean. Once you completed cleaning allow your bag to air dry.

What are your shipping & handling charges and how will my bag be shipped?
Your Purse-onality Shoppe bag will be shipped via the USPS, first class or priority mail with a delivery
confirmation number and an email letting you know that your bag has been shipped and when to expect
it's arrival. Shipping and Handling charges are as follows:
$7.50 for one Purse-onality Shoppe bag
$10.00 for two
$12.50 for three
$15.00 for four plus
Shipping charges to Canada is $20.00 for all orders.

How soon will I receive my Purse-onality Shoppe bag?
Bags that are finished and in the Purse-onality Shoppe web store will be shipped via USPS within 24
hours of payment clearing!
Custom order bags are shipped in about 3-4 weeks.
During the peak season (October, November, December) custom items are approx. 4-6 weeks.

What payment methods do you currently accept and is there sales tax charged?
Sales tax is 8.25% and is only charged to Illinois residents. The Purse-onality Shoppe currently accepts
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover directly through Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks or
personal checks are also accepted. Items paid with a personal check will be shipped when the check clears -
approx. 7-10 days.

I live very close to The Purse-onality Shoppe, can I pick up my bag rather than pay for shipping?
YES! At the checkout, remove the shipping charge and in the special instructions/comments box, enter
PICK UP and you will not be charged shipping. Then email me for arrangements as to pick up time
availability when your bag is ready for you.

Do you have Gift Certificates?
Gift Certificates are currently available in any denomination! Just email me or call direct with your
payment information and as soon as the payment clears it will be sent out! I can either mail it to the
recipient directly or mail it to you to give.

What is Infinitely Sweet??
Infinitely Sweet is the new line of retail products that I am now proudly carrying along with the Purse-onality Shoppe.
Those of you that have ordered from me before know how much I strive for quality items that you will love for a long
time! These lines have been quality checked and will absolutely meet your and my standards!
